We accept all forms of payment through the PAYPAL button. You can use the Express checkout with your Paypal account or you can use any credit card, debit card, etc
If you would like to use a credit card please choose/click on the "DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT" button/tab shown below the Paypal E-Mail log in. This will allow you to pay with any credit card without setting up a Paypal account.
Product Shipment and Tracking:
We currently only ship to the United States and all items are shipped via UPS ground (except for Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses, which are shipped USPS priority).
We will normally ship the first business day after items are purchased and paid for.
A UPS tracking number will be provided via E-Mail after shipment.
Our standard shipping charge is a flat $12.95 for UPS ground shipping regardless of the amount purchase (There are no additional shipping charges for multiple items). You would need to contact us if you would like alternative delivery methods such as overnight shipping, etc.
We currently only collect sales tax for shipment locations in Texas.
We have an unconditional return policy on all unworn, and unused new items purchased. Returns must come with their original packing and labels. No shipping fees are refunded.
You can visit our site and fill out the Product Returns page (http://suitloft.com/index.php?route=account/return/insert) for your item within 14 Days after you received your item to provide return information or you can E-Mail us that you would like to return a product. Once the product returns page is filled out or we recive notification that you would like a return an item you will receive an E-Mail with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning your product. Returns must be received within 14 days of the issuance of the RA#.
If we are not notified within 14 days that you would like to return an item, it will be deemed that you are satisfied with your purchase and the sale will become final. If somehow we mistakenly misrepresented the item we will reimburse the full amount paid.
Out of Stock Policy:
We strive to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but there may be rare instances when we have sold out of an item that was purchased by a customer. In those cases we will contact the customer so they can decide on either offer a full refund or substitute product, etc.
